I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. I couldn't believe how affordable it was considering the prime city center location. Secondly, the staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for my needs, and the rooms on the first level were conveniently located close to the communal bathrooms. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise from machines starting running at half past midnight, but overall, everything was just fine.

We loved the convenience of being close to the bustling Cuba street as well. the clean and spacious kitchen made meal prep enjoyable. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we appreciated the early morning cleaning. the comfortable bed in our room ensured a good night's sleep.

We did notice some noise from the busy street and wished there were more coffee stations on each floor for morning convenience.

Great location near shops and attractions. The hostel had clean facilities, making the stay comfortable. The free Wi-Fi allowed easy communication with loved ones back home.

The noise level at night can be disturbing, especially for light sleepers. The bunk beds were shaky and unsafe.

Great location, close to everything. the two free tours offered each day were fantastic, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the shared kitchen was well-stocked, and a good place to meet new people.

The bathrooms were in need of some attention, and could have been cleaned more regularly. the noise from the nearby bars made it difficult to sleep at night.
